Vibrations: harmony and health

Practicing mantras during yoga sessions led me to explore the benefits of vibrations.
On a physical level, sound is a vibration.
The term "sound" refers to everything the human ear can perceive within what is called the auditory range, which extends from 16 to 25,000 Hertz (Hz).
Sound is a mechanical vibration that propagates through air or fluids.
Since our body and brain are composed primarily of water, they are sensitive to vibrations, whether perceptible or not.

Vibrational frequencies affect the cells of our body, our fluids, meridians, and energy channels.
This explains the concept of sound massage. The body is gently massaged by unique and enveloping frequencies that soothe and synchronize the body and mind.
This sound therapy is a form of focused awareness meditation.
It is characterized by the use of instruments, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments, each with its own intrinsic therapeutic effects. Each bowl used is distinguished by its composition, weight, tones, and therefore its vibrations.

They all have frequency ranges specific to the areas and organs on which they are placed. Sound therapy is a powerful tool, the effects of which vary from person to person. It is a unique experience, a profound inner journey.

What are the benefits of sound therapy?

• A sense of physical and emotional well-being;

• Improved sleep quality, reduced fatigue;

• Relief from muscle and joint pain;

• Improved energy flow in the body and energy centers;

• Increased vitality and energy;

• Relaxation, stress relief;

• Calms the mind, helps you let go;

• Promotes a meditative state; Sound therapy is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical care, as it is intended solely as a relaxation method.
